Think about their developmental stage as you examine potential hazards. Place a checkmark if a hazard does not exist. Flag if one exists. Correct the hazard, then document the date when corrected.

Light fittings and fixtures and ceiling fans are in good condition and working order.

Sink areas are clean and in good working order (i.e., no leaks).
