Playground is free from debris or litter, such as branches, cans, glass, animal waste, etc.
Equipment is free of sharp points, dangerous corners or edges.
There are no potential clothing-entanglement hazards (e.g., open S-hooks or protruding bolts).
All pipe ends are covered with undamaged protective caps or plugs.
Area is clear of standing, water, ice or snow.
